BNPS international ("we", "us", "our") provides study-abroad counselling services to students in India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or speak to our counsellors, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit a counselling enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and study destination preference. If you call or WhatsApp us directly, we retain the record of that conversation to follow up on your enquiry.
How we use it
We use your information solely to provide counselling, share relevant university and visa guidance, and follow up on your application. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not share your details with universities or partners without your consent.
Communication
We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding your enquiry. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@bnpsinternational.com.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to support your application journey, or until you request deletion.
Your rights
